Founder & Managing Partner
Luis E. Soto Mieses, Esq. is a Puerto Rican attorney and notary public with a distinguished background in the legal, governmental, and academic sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, a Juris Doctor from the same institution, and an LL.M. in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid.
His career has focused on administrative, contract, labor, and legislative law, advising various agencies of the Government of Puerto Rico, including the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, ASSMCA, the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and the Retirement Board of the Government of Puerto Rico. He has also served as an Administrative Hearing Officer and litigation attorney in both judicial and administrative forums.
In addition to serving as President of LESM Law Office, LLC, he is currently an Assistant Professor at the Metropolitan Campus of the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, where he also serves as Associate Director of the Department of Social Sciences. In this role, he helps shape future professionals in the field of Criminal Justice.

Jennifer Díaz Rivera, Esq.
Jennifer Díaz Rivera is a distinguished attorney and notary with professional experience in labor, corporate, family, contract, and tort law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, and obtained her Juris Doctor from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2014.
She began her legal career in public service as an attorney for the Department of the Family of the Government of Puerto Rico, where she represented the State in judicial and administrative proceedings, gaining a strong foundation in public law and the protection of fundamental rights. In private practice, she has advised and represented individual and corporate clients in a wide range of complex legal matters, standing out for her strategic approach, strong ethical standards, and personalized client service.
As a licensed notary, she also provides services in the formalization of legal transactions and certifications, consistently upholding the highest standards of legality and trust. Attorney Díaz Rivera brings together technical knowledge, human sensitivity, and a deep commitment to professional excellence, making her a valuable asset to the LESM Law Office, LLC team.
